Innovative, High Powered UV LED Pinning : Pincure Z UV LED

Pincure Z UV LED offers a powerful solution in a compact and lightweight package for ultimate high speed pinning between inkjet print heads. The air cooling exhaust is from the top of the lamp head, away from any adjacent print heads.

The proven optics of the original Pincure model (which eliminates the risk of UV light damage to the print head nozzle plates) has been further enhanced, and in Pincure Z is now housed within a clever design which prohibits media contact and contamination to the lens.The complete modular concept allows end to end mounting of 120mm and 80mm modules in every configuration to unlimited length.

Up to 960mm (8 x 120mm Pincure Z heads) can be daisy-chained together with only one incoming electrical cable.All of ITL’s extensive UV LED product range have a life expectancy of 20,000 + operating hours as standard, ITL UV LED curing solutions are fitted with field replaceable modules offering extended service life and is covered by a comprehensive warranty backed by global support direct from Integration Technology and through its strategic partner IST Metz.

The Pincure system is also available in a watercooled Pincure C version.
