Copy milling machine - FCSR

For the machining of all profiles in light alloys, in particular in aluminum.

Copy milling template or stop system, offering the possibility of milling the 2 faces of a profile and successively the top then the bottom of the profile with milling cutters.

This machine, mounted on fixed frame is equipped with:

• TRI 400 V motor, power 0.75 kW, spindle speed 10000 rpm.
• Milling head.
• Pneumatic clamping system with 2 cylinders.
• Control lever for raising and lowering the milling head.
• Control lever for moving the milling head horizontally.
• Template with 1 finger of copying Ø 5/6/8 mm.
• Clamp Ø 8 mm.
• 2 stop rods with a length of 1000 mm and graduated up to 1200 mm with 4 retractable stops (placed 1 left to 1 right of the machine).
• Spray system controlled by button on the left lever.
• Chip gun.
