Copy milling machine with 2 heads - FC 360 3P

For the machining of all profiles in light alloys, ALU and PVC.

2-headed copy milling machine (1 milling and 1 drilling) per template or stop system with calibrated milling cutters, offering the possibility of milling the top then the bottom of the profile.

This machine, mounted on fixed frame is equipped with:

• Pneumatic clamping system with 2 cylinders.
• 2 non-graduated stop rods with 4 retractable stops.
• Spray system controlled by engine start-up.
• Chip gun.

• Milling head:

- TRI 400 V motor, power 0.75 kW, spindle speed 10000 rpm.
- Control lever for raising and lowering the milling head.
- Control lever for moving the milling head on the horizontal plane.
- Template with 1 finger of copying Ø 5/6/8 mm.
- Clamp Ø 8 mm.

• 3-pin drilling head:

- TRI 400 V motor, 1.1 kW power, spindle speed 900 rpm.
- Drilling of 3 holes Ø 12/14/12 mm or Ø 10/12/10 mm (depending on the drills), center distance of 21.5 mm (without loosening the profile).
- Automatic feedrate with adjustable speed.
- Horizontal head drill bit with M10 male thread.
- Height adjustment from 25 to 80 mm with visual indication.
