Copy milling machine - FC 380

Milling of 2 faces of a profile (successively the top then the bottom of the profile) by template or stop system with calibrated milling cutters.

This machine is equipped with :

. TRI 400 V motor, power 0.45 / 1.1 kW, 2 spindle speeds 3500 and 10500 rpm.
. Milling head.
. Pneumatic clamping system with 4 cylinders (2 vertical and 2 horizontal).
. Two-hand control (red button on the top of the operating handles) for fast raising of the milling head (left handle button), slow descent, adjustable milling head (hydropneumatic cylinder). Thanks to a system of stops, one can obtain fast approaches and slow work displacements.
. 2 control handles for manual movement of the milling head in the horizontal plane.
. Start the spindle motor by simultaneously pressing both trigger handles.
. Control button on the right handle to lift the pneumatic copying finger.
. 2 adjustable depth stops.
. Template with 3 copying fingers Ø 5/6/8 mm.
. Set of length stops without graduations.
. 3 collets Ø 6, 8 and 10 mm.
. Spray lubrication system.
. Pneumatic blow gun.
. Feeder with stopper length 800 mm, on both sides.
