The tube crusher ATS-x is a tool for electronic control of the weld strength of plastic and metal-plastic tubes similar to the ATS.
What differentiates these two weld testers is mainly the traceability, indeed the ATS-x allows to export the data of your tests carried out beforehand thanks to a printer with time-stamped ticket or a software of data acquisition on PC.
 
This compressiometer allows the user to check the completeness of the weld by the absence of leakage under the effect of a crushing force applied to the sample to be tested, while remaining repeatable from one test to another.
As for the ATS, it allows to set up two kinds of tests: 
-Test with micro-leak that expands with the pressurization and causes a burst
-Burst test to determine the resistance of the welds.
 
There is also another model named ATS Boosted that can reach 1870 N.
