The CTEx is a digital vacuum chamber that allows you to test, by vacuum, the tightness of packaging containing liquid or semi-viscous products such as vials or bottles directly on the edge of the production line with total visibility, thanks to its Plexiglas design.

Composed of an enclosed electro-pneumatic system that, powered by compressed air, creates a pressure difference between the inside and outside of your sample. When purchasing a chamber, you can choose between a door opening or a cover opening.

For the dry test, you need to lay your sample down so that the cap is immersed from the inside. We will observe a flow of fluid on a blotting paper during this test in case of a leak. The handling is very simple, and you will see the result quickly with the naked eye.

This electronic version allows you to set up 8 different programs for specific tests and to cycle between these programs.
