Presentation

The CTE-GM is made of highly transparent thermoplastic polymer and allows to test, by vacuum, the tightness of packaging containing liquid or semi-viscous products in large series such as vials or bottles directly at the edge of the production line. It is composed of a fully pneumatic and enclosed system which, fed by compressed air, creates a pressure difference between the inside and the outside of your sample.

For dry testing, simply lay your sample down so that the cap is submerged from the inside. We will observe a flow of fluid on a blotting paper in case of leak. The handling is very simple and the result is fast and visible to the naked eye.

Its electronic version CTEX-GM, allows to pre-programme parameters (depression, time) for specific tests.

Additional features of the pneumatic CTE-GM
- Traceability by a time-stamped ticket containing the customer's name, batch number, program number (8) and/or data export software to Dataxport computer
- Pump option up to 920 mbar
- Time delay up to 4 000 seconds per program
