Presentation

The ATS 3 heads tube crusher is the tool to control the weld strength of plastic and metal-plastic tubes directly at the edge of the production line or in the laboratory, if you want a high rate.

The system integrates the pneumatic actuator, a cylinder, the tool, an anvil, the force adjustment being done by pressure limitation in the cylinder, for each compression head. In addition, you can test several different types of product simultaneously by adjusting the input pressure in the cylinder for each.
An abac of correspondence between pressure and force is supplied with the machine (maximum force 1000 N.)
The system is equipped with an adjustable timer allowing to select the test time up to 30 seconds for each head.

Housing made of PVC on a metal frame to ensure rigidity.
Removable transparent PMMA receptacle.
Delivered with two anvils of different sizes according to the size of the tube.
Safety door prohibiting the descent of the cylinder in safety position.
Door locked during the test.
Connection to compressed air at 6 bars with a 8 mm diameter rislan connector.

ATS 6 heads model is available to increase the number of simultaneous tests. Specific vertical constructions, composed of weight sensors are also available on request.
