The ATS tube crusher is the tool for checking the weld integrity of plastic and metal-plastic tubes directly on the production line or in the laboratory.

Thanks to its intuitive design and its various accessories, it allows the operator to perform a repeatable test and check the integrity of the weld by the absence of leakage under the effect of a crushing force applied to the sample to be tested.
As a reminder, it allows to set up two kinds of tests:
- Test with micro-leakage which increases with the pressure and causes a burst
- Burst test to determine the resistance of the welds. An abacus of correspondence between pressure and force is provided with the machine (maximum force 1000 N.)

Housing made of PVC on a metal frame to ensure rigidity.
Removable transparent PMMA receptacle. Delivered with two anvils of different sizes according to the size of the tube.
Safety door to prevent the cylinder from descending in safety position.
Connection to compressed air at 6 bars with a 8 mm diameter rilsan connector.

There is an optional boosted model that can go up to 1860 N. To perfect the adjustment (measurement of the internal pressure of the tube to be tested), a calibration kit is also available to measure the internal pressure of the sample.
