Presentation

The VIGIL80 shutterless miniature thermal camera module uses Lynred's Micro80 Gen2 80x80 pixel microbolometer, and is particularly well-suited to high-volume applications in industry, electrical maintenance, medical and veterinary medicine, and security (fire detection).
Designed and manufactured in France, it offers sensitivity in the 8-14µm band and, with its 60° horizontal field of view, can work at 30 fps from 5cm to infinity.

Available in two versions;
- shutterless and radiometrically calibrated for temperature measurement (typically +/- 0.3°C accuracy on 37°C stage at 25°C ambient temperature)
- shutterless

Compact size (16x16mm), it can be supplied with 5V, 3.3V or 1.8V power.
Its SPI output interface with 18-pin FFC flex connector allows a variety of integration configurations.

Two demonstration kits are also available:
- Raspberry
- USB2.0 mini camera (VIGIL 80µCAM)
