Presentation

The ISM-ATTO640D LWIR (8-12 µm) infrared module has been specially developed to interface with NVIDIA GPUs.

It offers 8- or 14-bit digital output, depending on the selected mode, to the MIPI-CSI2 standard compatible with NVIDIA's JetsonNano and JetsonXavier NX versions.

Shutterless, with 640 x 480 pixel resolution at 12 µm pitch (Lynred microbolometer detector) and a NETD of 50 mK, the ISM-ATTO640D module is offered with its ISEye interface software.

It is aimed at developers of thermal imaging cameras with embedded solutions.

Its small footprint (30 x 30 x 10 mm) and low power consumption (<0.60 W) make it particularly interesting for the fields of safety and industrial process control.

Several models are available:

- ISM-ATTO640D with 5.3mm f/1.3 (HFOV 89°) or 4.3mm F/1.2 (HFOV 112°) S-mount optics
- ISM-ATTO640D (without optics).
