ECO 5 (Sn99-Ag0.3-Cu0.7) is a high performance lead-free alloy based on tin, copper and silver, primary metals, which give it a high degree of fluidity. The composition of this alloy complies with ISO 9453: 2015 (alloy 501) and RoHS regulations. This makes our ECO 5 alloy useful in a variety of processes, including:

Wave, selective and dip welding.
Insertion and reworking of components for surface mount technology for the automotive electronics assembly industry.
