The mold controllers of the 180 E20/40P range operate with pressurized water up to a temperature of 180°C.
The temperature controllers are equipped with 90L/min magnetic coupling pump with max 8 bars of pressure depending on needed flow. A Booster pump is available as an option to ensure proper filling when water supply pressure is low
2 models offer heating power of 20 or 40 kW. Control is assured by a self-tuning microprocessor controller.
The controller can communicate with the press via several protocols, including Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485, SPI…
Options include flow meters, manual bypass, direct cooling, solid state relay, anti-scaling system and custom colors among others.
