The mold controllers of the 95E 6/9/12/15/18 IE3 range operate with water up to 90°C and offer heating powers of 6, 9,12, 15, or 18 kW. Any of them can be equipped with 60 or 70 l/min submerged pumps.
Control is assured either by a self-tuning microprocessor controller.
The controller can communicate with the press via several protocols, including Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485, SPI…
Options include Vortex flow meters, heat plate exchangers, tool purge, remote communication, manual bypass, and custom colors among others.
The different combinations of pumps and options adapt easily to all types of process.
Versions equipped with machine communication capability can directly download mold data and alarm signals from the injection molding machine control panel.
