The mold controllers of the 140 E6/12 E and 160 E6/12E range operate with pressurized water up to a temperature of 140°C and 160°C. They can work in leak-prevention mode up to 70°C.
The temperature controllers are equipped in standard with a sealless pump or with magnetic coupling and a booster pump in option to ensure good filling of the system even with low pressure in the water supply.
2 models offer heating powers of 6 or 12 kW. Control is assured eitherby a self-tuning microprocessor controller.
The controller can communicate with the press via several protocols, including Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485, SPI…
Options include flow meters, manual bypass, direct cooling, solid state relay, booster pump, anti-scaling system and custom colors among others.
Versions equipped with machine communication capability can directly download mold data and alarm signals from the injection molding machine control panel.
