The mold controllers of the 180 H9IE range operate with oil up to a temperature of 180°C.
The temperature controllers are equipped with a 60L/min submerged pump with max 3.5 bars of pressure, a heat plate exchanger and offers 9kW of heating power. Its modular construction provides for quick and easy maintenance.
Control is ensured by a self-tuning microprocessor controller.
The controller can communicate with the press via several protocols, including Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485, SPI… (list of SISE-compatible machines available on request).
Options include flow meters, remote communication, manual bypass, solid state relay and custom colors, among others.
Versions equipped with machine communication capability can directly download mold data and alarm signals from the injection molding machine control panel.
Applications :
These temperature controllers are intended for high temperature applications requiring a heating power of up to 9 kW (small and medium-sized moulds, relatively fast temperature rise, specific injected material, heat-hardening, foundry, etc.) and particular monitoring of temperature and pressure conditions.
