The mold controllers of the 140 E 20/60 E/P range operate with pressurized water up to a temperature of 140°C.
The temperature controllers are equipped with a mechanical seal or magnetic coupling pump depending on needed flow. A Booster pump is available as an option to ensure proper filling when water supply pressure is low.
3 models offers heating powers of 20, 40 or 60 kW. Any of them can be equipped with 95, 130, 185, or 200 L/min peripheral pumps.
Control is assured either by a self-tuning microprocessor controller.
The controller can communicate with the press via several protocols, including Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485, SPI… (list of SISE-compatible machines available on request).
Options include Vortex flow meters, manual bypass, direct cooling, solid state relay, booster pump, anti-scaling system and custom colors among others.
Versions equipped with machine communication capability can directly download mold data and alarm signals from the injection molding machine control panel.
SISE pressurized water temperature controllers meet applicable Security Norms and Directives.

These temperature controllers are intended for high temperature applications requiring heating power up to 60 kW (large-sized moulds, relatively fast temperature rise, technical parts, bodywork components, automotive parts, specific injected materials, etc.) and particular monitoring of temperature and pressure conditions.
