The mold controllers of the ZH18-75 range operate with oil up to a temperature of 210°C or
250°C (option).
All components are specifically chosen for their performance, robustness, and durability in Very High Temperature applications.
SISE took particular care during the design phase to facilitate installation and startup (Air removal using custom piping), and to guarantee simple access and maintenance for all primary componants.
Vertical heaters are easily replaced without having to purge the circuit. The low load/cm2 of these heaters reduce problems of oil degradation (cracking) and pays back the initial investment by sharply reducing the frequency of circuit purges.
The ZH controllers are equipped with a high flow pump assuring only a small difference in temperature between oil outlet and return in the temperature controller. An antithermosiphon loop in the expansion chamber allows for low oil temperature in contact with the air (no oil oxidation and no smoke).
5 models offer heating powers of 18, 30, 45 , 60 or 75 kW.
Control is assured by a self-tuning controller with microprocessor.

These controllers are designed for high temperature applications that require a heating power of up to 75kW (large-sized molds, dual-layered tanks, calendering, heating tables, relatively fast rise in temperature, control of fluid process for chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries), and particular temperature conditions.
