Water Mold Controller Type 95 E6/9 S4

The 95 E 6/9S4- 90 °C water mold controller in 6 or 9 kW is the most compact of the S.I.S.E. range. It is equipped in standard with a  60 L/min – 3.5 bar submersible pump, able to operate in negative pressure mode (mould purge feature). Temperature control is assured by a self-tuning microprocessor controller. The system is equipped with temperature and level monitoring functions, and a safety thermostat. Additionally, it comes with a static relay and solenoid valves direct acting.
 
The controller provides optional communicaton with various protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, TTY, RS485 ... This communication enables direct downloading of mold data and reporting of alarm signals from the injection molding machine's control panel. 
 
Applications :
The reduced size of this system allow it to fit without problem under reduced tonnage injection machines. This temperature controller is particularly intended for more routine applications not requiring high power (small sized moulds, small volume parts, etc.).
