Manual end milling machine - AKF 109 R

Allowing straight and angled milling (+ 45 ° / 90 ° / - 45 °).
It is designed for the use of carbide burrs Ø 180 mm max, bore 32 mm.

The height adjustment of the cutter is obtained by stacking spacers on the cutter shaft.

This machine mounted on a fixed frame, is equipped with:

• Brake motor TRI 400 V, power 1.5 kW, spindle speed 6000 rpm.
• Belt transmission.
• Lever for manual movement of the head.
• Enveloping saw blade housing with electrical contact.
• Pneumatic locking device for the cutter shaft.
• 6-position depth stop.
• Vertical pneumatic vice and horizontal vice with low pressure safety.
• Tray with surface of the profile ground and treated against wear.
• Chip gun.
• Spray lubrication system.
• Roller feed path length 500 mm.

Also available in version with:

• Soundproof fairing of length 1100 mm (but only for 90 ° milling).
• Pneumatic head movement (semi-automatic).
