SENGA's SN 40 series of safety quick couplings are suitable for compressed air applications. With their anodised aluminium body, they have a nickel-plated brass swivel base and various types of connection: cylindrical BSP male or female, splined sleeves etc...

With nominal diameters of 5.5 and 8 mm, these safety quick couplings guarantee anti-whiplash safety in accordance with ISO 4414. They provide a cross-sectional area of 23.75 mm² and 50.26 mm².

The safety couplings of the SN 40 Series operate at a pressure of 0 to 12 bar (DN5.5 mm) and 0 to 10 bar (DN8 mm). They provide a flow rate of 680 Nl/min and 1460 Nl/min respectively (at 6 bar, Δp = 1 bar).
