The thermal massflowmeter "M-series" from ALICAT SCIENTIFIC for gas is based on a laminar flow element and Poiseuille law.

It measures a mass flow or a volumetric flow.

Units and standard temperature and pressure conditions are easily accessible thanks to the front panel buttons.

Accuracy : +/- (0.8% of reading + 0.2% full scale)

Optionnal high accuracy : +/- (0.4% of reading + 0.2% full scale)

Repeatability : +/- 0.2% full scale

Typical response time : 10 ms.

Flow range : 0.5 NCCM to 5000 NLPM
