This gripping hand was made to compensate the lack of ejectors in the mould.
The technologies used are double-stroke cylinders that do not damage the part and allow it to be removed from the mold little by little. The four cylinders are positioned to push back the gripper of the mould when the part is picked up. The polyurethane-coated fingers are there to hook the part and hold it on the gripper. The suction pads serve as a stabilizer during the part gripping process.
The process required the gripper hand to ensure demolding. In this type of process, the choice of grippers is crucial since many of them will come into direct contact with the part.
