We can provide you with an ionisation and de-ionisation system. This process allows the addition or removal of electrical charges on inserts. This will eliminate static electricity at the injection outlet and thus avoid the magnetic effect of the parts.
It is used to prevent parts from sticking in the tooling. It also provides additional safety for the operator when discharging the parts from the moulds.
Removing static electricity will also prevent dust on the parts and therefore helps to loosen and remove magnetized particles as well as dust on the parts.
