This box loading gripper takes pieces from a mould with an opening of no more than 100mm. It places the parts in a box of 300mm deep.

The hand is articulated to have a minimum thickness and a maximum extension. The movements are controlled by cylinders and sensors that guarantee the position of the arms of the gripper to avoid collisions with the environment.

It is a compact gripper that allows a deposit in the bottom of the tray or the box. The only requirement is to have sufficient space in the path of the gripper to unfold it.

The gripper remains simple in its design, which makes it possible to keep the costs quite affordable.
The ingenuity of our project managers has made it possible to succeed in this major challenge.

This gripping hand is a device intended for robots and manipulators of production lines adapted in several fields of applications such as plastics, metallurgy, industry...
