It automatically cuts the cheese in “rock” slices (the product surface is wrinkled and keeps all the organoleptic and aesthetic qualities of the cheese just cut).
With smooth blades, it can cut standard slices of less hard cheeses (eg. cheddar).
Extremely rapid. Average hourly production: 32 pieces of 1 kg of 55 cheeses such as Parmesan.
You can set the type of cuts based on:

Single servings: 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32

Special portions: 1/10, 1/12, 1/20, 1/24, etc. (with the immediate replacement of cutting deck and automatic identification by the CP).
