Portioning machine for variable and fixed weight cuts, designed to work in line.
It allows to cut automatically the cheese in portions with a predetermine, calibrated or variable weight without the intervention by the operator.
You can choose among multiple recipes for different types of products and cutting.
You can set the automatic or manual loading, cut in standard slices or “rock” ones (the product surface is wrinkled and keeps all the organoleptic and aesthetic qualities of the cheese just cut).

In case of fixed weight, the management of any surplus is thus carried:

After loading the product, the machine automatically carries out the following cycle:

Security door lock.

Automatic centering of the cheese both horizontally and vertically.

Lifting and weighing of the pieces.

Further centering.

Plural action of the disks clamping and cutting (the number of cuts is automatically calculated at each cycle in function of the detected weight and the one set).

Door opening and ejection of the pieces.
