2-end milling cutter - PRISMA 400

For cutting composite angles in ALU carpentry.
Designed for the use of 2 carbide tipped saws (1 horizontal and 1 vertical) of Ø 400 mm.

This machine is equipped with:

• 2 TRI 400 V brake motors, power 3.0 kW, spindle speed 2800 rpm, direct coupling.
• Vertical milling cutter angularly adjustable to - 70 ° / 90 ° / 30 ° by handwheel and worm.
• Positions 90 ° and 45 ° determined by 2 adjustable fixed stops.
• Intermediate angles obtained by direct reading on the vernier.
• Horizontal saw blade angularly fixed, but adjustable in height and depth (compared to the vertical mill).
• Tray moving on ball cages mounted on hardened and ground axes. It is adjustable in height and the support jaw is adjustable angularly at - 30 ° / 90 ° / 30 °.
• Clamping of the profiles obtained by 2 pneumatic cylinders (1 horizontal and 1 vertical).
• 2 milling cutters working in reverse order in such a way as to prevent the profile from being caught.
• Each cutter can be used individually.
• Device for lubricating the blade by spraying.
