The SPARK line aspirators, equipped with static filters, are used to reduce the quantity of pollutants, fumes and gaseous emissions that are present in the air aspirated from the processes that generate fumes through a thermal or electrical process. They are suitable for use on cutting, engraving and marking machines with Laser light, as well as welding at low temperature in the absence of liquid fluids. They are equipped with a high-efficiency fan, speed regulator and a counter to check the blockage times of the filters. The electrical part is equipped with a selector switch with a start and stop key. Its small size, wheels for quick and straightforward positioning and noise that is less than 60 Dba all allow it also to be used in small laboratories.
Two filtration stages are given: FS – Synthetic pre-filter in foam with open, high efficiency cells F9 - Filter with > 95% efficiency or H13 – Filter with > 99.95% absolute efficiency
The high aspirating power allows the use of small sized tubes which are also fairly long, as well as small sized collection devices. The power supply is 230 V 50 HZ single phase and the collector motor with the protection device has a power of 850 W. The maximum capacity is 300 mc/h and the maximum suction of the water column is 1200 mm.
