This portable heat source is designed to check installed thermometers. Thus they do not fail in production by not having to be removed for verification in the workshop or calibration laboratory.
With an aperture of 20 mm, the SW15 allows the verification of most infrared thermometers and pyrometers. It is set in the factory for one of the four temperatures to choose from: 60, 80, 100 or 120 degrees Celsius, the standard temperature being 100 degrees Celsius.
