The MS32P offers up to 17 tool carriers and up to 2 tools on most tool carriers. The machine is equipped with a second opposed headstock housing.

This housing can be equipped with up to 7 additional compound slides and up to 2 counter spindles.

The compound slides are identical with those on the main spindle headstock. The counter spindle will also pick up the work piece during cutoff for backworking.
