Presentation

The "Cap System", which was designed by CDA, is an integral design to dispense and crimp capsules or foils and can process up to 2500 bottles per hour.

The Cap System can easily be incorporated into a production line, and is fitted with an anodized aluminium conveyor, a capsule dispenser, one or two crimping heads and a touchscreen (that facilitates machine management and setup).

Depending on the configuration, this machine may comprise:
- Capsule dispenser and 1 or 2 roller or thermal crimping heads for a production rate of 1500 or 2500 bottles per hour;
- Or 1 champagne foil dispenser and 1 or 2 champagne crimping heads.
