The "Ninette Auto", which is designed by CDA, is a semi-automatic labelling machine that can apply one or two adhesive labels to all types of cylindrical products.
Its production capacity can reach 800 bottles/hour or 17 products/minute.
This very versatile machine is equipped with an anodized aluminium motorized conveyor and labels bottles of varying formats, regardless of what they are made of (glass, PET or PVC) without any hardware change.
The Ninette Auto can be placed on a table or on its frame (available as an option) and has an interchangeable pressure application cylinder, as well as a square receiving table on the output.
The Ninette Auto can be adapted to all cylindrical products for a wide range of sectors: viticulture (wine bottles: half-bottles 37.5 cl, bottles 75 cl, magnum, etc.), cosmetics (cream, perfume, liquid soap, etc.), food(fruit juices, condiments, honey, jam, sauce, etc.), chemistry (household products, maintenance products, motor oil, detergent, solvent, etc.), paint and varnish (pots, cans, etc.).
