Kynar fluoride polymer is a very pure semi-crystalline resin produced by ARKEMA and marketed by POLYMIX for its customers in the chemical and oil industry, construction, medical, photovoltaic, wiring, food processing, etc.
Processed by injection, extrusion and extrusion blow or compression, this PVDF is injected into a mold for polyolefin type PE and in the same temperature range. No specific equipment required.
With a low coefficient of friction and good abrasion resistance, Kynar is distinguished by its high chemical resistance even for aggressive products such as solvents, hydrocarbons, acids, alcohols, etc. It is also appreciated for its good fire resistance. UV resistance, thermal resistance and radiation resistance.
The Kynar complies with the standards: Drinking water NSF 61, FDA, Food contact EU, Pharmacopoeia USP XXI class VI and UL 94 V0.
