Marketed by POLYMIX, RILSAN® 11 is a polyamide characterized by remarkable resistance to chemical products, as well as thermal and mechanical resistance, enabling it to be used in a number of sectors: rail, medical, optical, automotive, aeronautical, etc.
Designed for extrusion or injection molding, RILSAN® 11's low density makes it an ideal substitute for metal or rubber. With low moisture absorption, it ensures dimensional stability and a constant dry or wet state.
Combining flexibility, plasticity and durability, this polyamide is highly durable and has excellent resistance to ageing. It is used in an operating temperature range from -60 to +150°C.
