Made for the cleaning of the cheese crust, for packaging.

Machine for the cleaning of the crust, with a depth level of working adjustable according to the result to be obtained.
For the chese grating: it produces a deep and particularly thorough cleaning.
For the cheese packaging: it carries a lighter cleaning, without waste.

It cleans around 350/400 wheels of cheese, such as Parmesan per day.
Machine electro-powered 380V.

Supplied with:

Roller conveyor for loading and unloading (No. 6 wheels, both incoming and outgoing).
Crankcase protection.
Brushes 10, for laterally clean the cheese.
10 brushes, to clean the upper side of the cheese.
10 toothbrushes, for laterally clean the cheese.
2 keys, for the replacement of the brushes.
1 vacuum cleaner with filter for the intake of the cheese powder. The powders produced is sucked and conveyed automatically into an external container.
