Semi-automatic machine that allows to cut the hard and semi-hard cheese, such as Parmesan, in custom-sized slices.
Working time: about 15 / h forms of cheese such as Parmesan.Being a semi-automatic model, this machine requires a minimum effort by the staff since it is sufficient pressing two buttons to start the blade and the cutting action.
The model Rock 20 allows to customize both the size of the pieces (eg. 700 g, 1-2-4 kg …), and the type of cut to be performed with the
following accessories on request:

Smooth blade: suitable for cutting hard and semi-hard cheeses.

Heart extractor cylinder: tool that allows you to extract the center of the wheel (called “the heart”, that can be sold separately) getting particularly small portions (eg. 200-300-400 … g). The extraction of the “heart”, in fact, avoids creating slices with too thin tips which may break or shatter.

Special blade for the “rock” cutting, which provides results comparable to manual cuts (the product’s surface is wrinkled and keeps all the organoleptic and aesthetic qualities of the cheese just cut).Strictly Made in accordance with EU regulations.
