The aseptic mixproof double changeover valve incorporates a physical barrier by keeping the valve aseptic during the production phases.
Our PFA floating seal technology combined with our PFA sealing microvalves ensures complete asepsis and a good resistance to sterilisation constraints.

From DN25 to DN125
It has the same design characteristics as the standard VDCI MCs (body machined in the mass, counter balancer, PFA floating seals, compact actuator common to the whole range, etc.)

Particularities of the aseptic VDCI MC valve :

• Sterile barrier guaranteed by the steam, the ozonated water or the ethyl alcohol
• Maintenance of the sterile leak chamber by vapour flash or maintaining a sterile air flow
• One-piece components to eliminate retention risks
• Balancer providing good resistance to water hammer
• Compact actuator machined in the mass, common to all variants
• As an option, steam and cooling barrier bearing
• Compact design of the leak chamber preventing fouling risks
• Guaranteed sterilisation of the leak chamber by steam flash or sterile air flow
• Physical barrier enabling different flows to be interchanged between the channels for greater operating flexibility
