The Corona-treatment consist of a high frequency, high voltage power supply and one or multiple standart treating heads. The treating heads can be built to fit exactly the surface of the produkt.
For the examination of the surface tension we offer a test ink set or a test pin. The test pin measures surface tension of approximately 38 dynes/cm. The test ink set measures surface tensions of: 34-36-38-40-42-44-46-48-50-52-54-56 dynes/cm.
The Corona-Treating is used to increase the wettability from materials.
