the ounterbalancing spring-loaded hinge from EMKA is an efficient, robust and flexible hinge especially designed for various chests. The hinge is manufactured in various sizes and different spring load capacities. The hinge can be ordered freely to attach to the lids of chest and facilitate smooth operation. As per the weight of the chest's lid, the hinge can be regulated for spring loads accordingly through an adjusting nut in the socle, in order to keep the lid in a particular position. Hinges are available for lids weighing from 6 to 23kg. After installing the hinge on lid, the cover (included in the package) can be put on easily.
