This standard robotic press-brake tending system for small parts, with a rotating infeed magazine, a small conveyor and a MOTOMAN industrial robot with 6 kg payload, means very efficient bending in a confined space.

Incoming sheets are fed to the robot from a rotating sheet magazine table. Finished products can be placed on a pallet, or a small belt conveyor down to a Euro-pallet with a box. The latter is very practical for small products where a placing pattern is not required.

MOTOMAN standard press-brake systems include orientation table, regrip station, media supply and manual tool changer. The safety fencing can be modified to suit the size of the workpiece.
