It is one of the two main modules of software JOVE :
It allows to design lines supported by towers based on concrete blocks. This goes from the topographical and geotechnical input (raw GPS data in Longitude/Latitude/Altitude) until the publication of all necessary documents: Tower spotting with detailed definition (insulator strings, jumpers, counterweights, ...), stress computation for each part and also for each bar of each lattice tower, sag computation, profiles, foundation computation (on blocks or on piles), material balance sheet, and cost computation for each possible alternative solution.
A submodule "subStation" allows to compute short circuits stress at hooking points of bars and of flexible conductors, as well as the sag for these flexible conductors taking into accountall the connection hanging underneath.
