“ Applications The Seitron Chemist 900 Rack portable analyzer is mainly used for industrial burners, cogeneration units, gas turbines, industrial furnaces and processes, laboratories and generally anywhere where it is necessary to measure and record gas emissions over long periods of time in accordance with applicable regulations. ”
The Seitron Chemist 900 Rack gas analyzer is the fixed version of the Seitron Chemist 900portable analyzer that integrates both NDIR and electrochemical technologies.
The Chemist 900 Rack can measure up to 8 different gases simultaneously, with up to 5 single-gas measuring sensors and an infrared (NDIR) bench for CO/CO2/HC. The available gas sensors are O2, CO, H2, CO2, NO, NO2, SO2, CxHy, H2, H2S, NH3.
The sensors are thermally compensated to avoid measurement errors that could be caused by temporary thermal variation. The rack structure of the Chemist 900 Rack allows it to be used in a standard 19″ cabinet as well as in laboratories, as it comes standard with 4 rubber bumpers. The Chemist 900 Rack is equipped with an automatic switchover system that resets both the gas sensors and the pressure sensor used for draft measurements or differential pressure measurements. This, together with a Pitot tube, allows the measurement of the smoke velocity inside the exhaust duct.
The cooling system of the Chemist 900 Rack allows for rapid condensation of the moisture contained in the gas, allowing the gas to reach the sensors without dissolving in water. This analyzer is equipped with a system that allows the gas to be collected at two different points and transported in a single smoke suction line.
It is possible to use the Chemist 900 Rack with gas sampling probes of different types and lengths, as well as with a heated sampling system. All parameters and collected data can be downloaded to a PC via the RS485 and USB ports (dedicated Chemist Smart Analysis application).
The Chemist 900 Rack can measure gases and emissions generated by combustion or industrial processes, combustion and outside air temperature, and positive, negative and differential pressure. It can be used in many application areas such as industrial burners, cogeneration units, gas turbines, industrial furnaces and processes, laboratories and other industries requiring continuous measurements.
