The speed ratio of the trees has also been optimised to obtain the best speed/density ratio of perforation without tearing or destroying the bottles. Our perforators can be adapted to the hopper of an automatic baling press.
This equipment has also been designed to resist to abnormal objects. The example below shows what happens if you put a knife inside a bottle.
Sufficiently strong to digest those objects, the PERF-400 is equip with an electronic control wich can stop the device in case of an important overload. It stops in a few hundreth of seconds, way before the engine has attain its maximum torque
