Modula NEXT is a Modula Lift which means it uses vertical space to store materials.
Compared to a standard VLM, only one product is available per call, with an exclusive picking system,
which allows access to only one compartment at a time. You can load all the products into the Modula NEXT trays (also in one single session) then set the software to match the picking to the individual compartments.
Modula NEXT operates just like a vending machine and only allows you to access the dedicated
compartment, where the requested item is stored. It guarantees that all items stored inside are secure
and under strict and accurate control. All this results in zero picking errors, real-time inventory control and excellent warehouse management.


Modula NEXT is based on an automatic mobile window system that opens a previously filled and
loaded tray. Once the code to be picked is called, the warehouse tray arrives in the bay and the mobile window
system only opens the desired compartment, providing access to the material inside.
