Isolated digital communication is one of the most common requirements of a production test system because of the need to communicate with handlers, binning equipment, and user controls. Keithley's digital I/O modules can also interact with racks of instruments to trigger events, start readings, and collect pass/fail results. Digital triggering and response enables fast and reliable test results that are not dependent on the communication bus in use.
