Manual spray washer EVOSPRAY

This installation makes it possible to wash the mechanical parts of small or medium size correctly.

The handling of the parts is done with rubber gloves fixed frontally in the card of the machine.

The efficiency of the washing is guaranteed by a high pressure pump of 80 Bars or 8 Bars, a lance or a brush.

The washing is done by a spray nozzle, we can quickly add a special brush washing.

The scrubber is also equipped with a compressed-air gun for drying parts and a steam extraction system.

Two versions: pneumatic and electric.

Three models: 40 liters, 75 liters and 90 liters.

Standard equipment :

• Suction of vapors
• Spray lance and pressure wash brush

• Micro safety switch on the door opening
• Removable panels in stainless steel AISI 304 between the washing chamber and the tank

• Check the minimum level of the tank to protect the pump and the resistance
