The EXTRABAT is a device specifically designed for battery installation and removal operations on electrically or hybrid-powered vehicles and machinery. Its main objective is to ensure safety during these operations, by avoiding contact with conductive parts and using insulating materials.

EXTRABAT features include an extraction section made entirely of insulating composite materials, and a fully insulated lifting ring. This ensures that no conductive parts come into direct contact with the battery, reducing the risk of electrocution.

The device is compatible with various battery mounting widths, with a center distance of 83.5 mm (BS) or 108 mm (DIN). It is supplied with a pair of M10 insulating screws with a 22 mm hexagonal head, and two M10 locknuts also with a 22 mm hexagonal head.

The EXTRABAT has a maximum payload of 400 kg and dimensions of 150 x 153 x 37 mm. It is lightweight, weighing just 0.4 kg, making it easy to handle during battery installation and removal operations.

A HEFMT90U cover is available as an option, providing extra protection for the EXTRABAT when not in use.
