Mechanical structure
- A base frame made of welded Alusi structural steel hollow sections;
- An outer cladding consisting of steel sheets coated with PUR paint and welded to the base frame;
- An interior cladding with mechanical air ducting (usable space), Alusi (corrosion protection) and welded airtight;
- Insulation, 100 mm thick, consisting of glass fibres, located between the inner and outer cladding.
- Air inlets on both sides, permanently installed in the inner side walls. They ensure uniform air distribution in the oven chamber.
- 4 Manually sliding lifting doors; pushing direction: from bottom to top.
Vertical conveyor
- Two conveyor chains which are moved vertically and circularly in the furnace interior by means of
- four sprockets, each located in the uppermost and lowermost area of the oven interior;
- a gear motor driving the 2 upper sprockets and the chain system;
- 24 conveyor gondolas
- 3 storage levels per gondola
Linked to the oven:
- 1 electric heating coil for a max. heating capacity of 40 kW;
- 1 fan with a max. capacity of 10 000 m3/h for air mixing and distribution in the
the oven;
- 1 temperature probe for regulation and control of the working temperature;
- 1temperature probe for protection against reaching a def. maximum temperature.
Loading and unloading zone:
Connection cabinet, measuring system
- 1 climat. Control cabinet IP 54, with :
- One temperature controller (Eurotherm);
- One PLC Siemens S7 1500;
- One Siemens KTP600 operator touch screen;
- Relays, fuses, cables, etc;
