The pleated accordion paper cardboard filter is particularly suited for overspray filtration in paint booths and spray gun applications. This filter is easy to handle and store, and its lifespan is up to 9 times longer than other filter media (such as fiberglass), allowing significant cost savings.
This filter is also perfectly suited for filtering any type of wet overspray particle (paint, varnish, gel coat, glue, silicone, polyester, etc.) in paint booths and spray applications.

Composition:The pleated cardboard filter for paint booths, also known as the accordion filter, consists of two layers of recycled cardboard, perforated, pleated, and bonded with vinyl glue. The quality of the cardboard (kraft 250g/m²) ensures the rigidity and vertical integrity of the filter.
Operating principle:The V-shape of the filter creates a Venturi effect (accelerating the air inside the filter), forcing the airflow carrying particles to change direction. The heavier particles, being denser than air, will stick to the bottom of the filter, while clean air continues to pass through the filter.
